If you had Unicare and are waiting for the new Blue Cross Access HMO the city has done nothing to send out the information,so we are covered by Jan 1,2010,so after 31DEC09 NO COVERAGE! call benefits management office 312-747-8660, then call blue cross 1-800-730-8504,and ask why no coverage! I called today and was told the city never sent info,benefits office stated "You can just have the doctor call Blue Cross and they will verify"! If they have no info how do you verify??

I heard JP received a "rude" awakening in the CCDOC. "Officer, I am a CPD Sgt."
