It was great news to hear that the detectives were found NOT GUILTY. A NYPD cop, Mike Dimone, did a blog radio on the subject this past Saturday (he does his shows every Sat).
Interesting stuff. I called in and mentioned the Mike Mette case and then emailed Mr. Dimone saying I'd hope he'd devote a segment to Mette and the injustice he has been dealt. I thought maybe it might open some doors. One never knows...
Check him out if you get a chance:

Like Cozzi, they're still facing federal charges. And that may be years down the road. Only for Coppers(double jeopardy)......
SCS,
Facts and truth have very little to do with the outcome of police involved cases where the police are defendants. It is very sad to say but we are judged differently and are always presumed guilty, not to mention the subversive threats of the race baiters(Sharpton threatening riots). Coppers are stripped immediately upon the mere suspicion of misconduct and fired on the thinnest of evidence.
Thank God they were found innocent and God Bless the NYPD,this is the best national law enforcement news in years.
