OPS to switch to IPRA?
Do the people of Chicago really want an emasculated police dept? Be careful what you ask for, because you just might get it. Does this mean I am defending criminal behavior? Absolutely not!
However, second guess a policemen every time he locks someone up and eventually he won't lock anyone up.

Maybe they should open an investigation on every arrest, every citation, every contact card, every case report taken, and our every contact with the public. Strip everyone when they complete a TRR. Grind the wheels to a complete halt and have a completely lawless society.
Maybe that is what it will take to get everyone to open thier eyes.
They can call it what they want. The minute the Los Angeles Princess bumps heads with Daley or sustains a case against a connected P.O., it's all over. She will be as powerless as Hoffman in the Inspector General's office.
Illinois Preachers and Reverends Association.
That is all this is - plain and simple.
Cater to those who make the most noise, the squeaky wheel always gets fixed.
To my fellow Sgt.'s. Let you'r officers know that OPS are complainants on CR numbers for officers who conduct street stops and are not completing contact cards. I just received a CR from OPS on 2 of my guys. The shithead's allegation plus the investigator's allegation for NO contact card.
