POLICE SHOOTING IN 005

Tribune
An officer was on his way home from work and stopped at a currency exchange at 111th & Michigan. The officer was returning to his vehicle when Jacolbi Simpson, a convicted felon, put a gun to his back and demanded his money. The officer was able to draw on Simpson and as a result we have one less convicted felon preying on innocent citizens.
Records show Simpson was on parole for a 2004 drug conviction at the time of the shooting, and had a previous conviction in 2003 for aggravated unlawful use of weapon, for which he was sentenced to 1 year in prison.

Excellent job officer.

It was a great job by the officer who was also in UNIFORM (with a windbreaker on)! The shitbird came up from behind him and never saw his blue. Great job, one less shithead in Area 2.

The media had but this story on the backburner by 8am. You have heard no more about it and will not til the family files the lawsuit (and you know they will.) Even though, the entire thing was caught on video.

Jacolbi Simpson happened to be a good friend of mine. Although his actions can't be justified he didnt deserve to die. Police are are trained in dis arming and thats what he did he didnt have to kill him.
REST IN PEACE COLBI!!!!
LOVE ALWAYS MARQUITA
A YEAR AND FEW MONTHS LATER AND WE ARE STILL MISSING U!!!

Please keep in mind that this is an open blog
that can and is read by people other than Chicago Police Officers.
