SATISFATION GUARANTEED

Caller, how would you rate police?

After months of negative press over scandals, the Chicago Police Department recently launched a first-of-its-kind consumer satisfaction survey.

People who call 311 are going to be asked to fill out a survey.
The department is not asking callers to the 911 emergency number to complete a survey because they're in life-and-death situations.

So police inspectors and assistant deputy superintendents have started to monitor 911 calls and randomly visit callers to ask if they were happy with the police response, Starks said

Thus the need for more inspectors. Will an unsatisfied "customer" result in a CR#?

Is it true that if you work the desk you don't have to do inspection?

Not True in 015. Not only did everyone stand but the commander was there at 0700 for it.

This survey is also ONLY for 311 callers who have filed a police report starting recently. I've filed two since 1-1-2007 and I very much wanted to participate, since I had nothing but kudos for all the officers involved. Heck, I started dating one of them! The Sun Times article wasn't as clear as it could have been and I was told they've been getting quite a few calls for other participants.
