Border patrol agent held at gunpoint
A U.S. Border Patrol agent was held at gunpoint Sunday night by members of the Mexican military who had crossed the border into Arizona, but the soldiers returned to Mexico without incident when backup agents responded to assist.

This article appeared in the Washington Time on 6 Aug.
"Unfortunately, this sort of behavior by Mexican military personnel has been going on for years," union Local 2544 of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) said on its Web page. "They are never held accountable, and the United States government will undoubtedly brush this off as another case of 'Oh well, they didn't know they were in the United States.'

Our relationship with our southern neighbors needs to reevaluated.

If the Border Patrol Agent would have fired on them they would put him in prison, like two of his co-workers.

This country has no balls. Bring the troops home, put them on the border. Only one warning shot, then open up.

Shoot those mother fuckers they are armed tresspassers on foreign soil. How do we no for sure they are not imposters, actually drug dealers. Shoot those mothers fuckers

The only reason Mexican Military would cross our borders would be to assist drug traffickers, whom we all know have corrupted many of Mexico's police and federal officers. The Mexican Military fled back into Mexico obviously because they knew our Border Agents were coming to kick some butts.
I can't imagine why anyone would want to seek out employment on the Border Patrol. It is one of the lowest paying law enforcement jobs out there now. Instead of the US Govt. paying Chuck Norris to do the voiceover for their employment ads, they should have used that money and put it into their budget to beef up salaries. Far too much risk for too little pay...which is why the Mexican Police are so corrupt.

Don't mess with the Mexican army! In fact Yankee's, how about giving up the stolen territory of Mexico which you illegally occupy? Like Texas, Arizona, and California. Oh, and throw in Nevada while your at it for payback.

Take a moment and research the "reconquista". They really believe it.

Change, Obama style.

Border patrol is a SHIT JOB. Yes, someone has to do it, but for what they're paying...well, it sends a message that this country isn't serious about securing our borders, or protecting those who do. Another Bush failure.

Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California were NOT stolen from Mexico. They were legally ceded by treaty to the United States and Mexican sovereignty was relinquished.

So quit you sour grape beeyatching.

Like Mexico is in such great shape. A virtual narco state where the rule of law has collapsed. One town has had over a dozen chiefs of police murdered in this year alone.

Never mind the border fence. Ribbon wire and land mines are much more effective.

Please keep in mind that this is an open blog
that can and is read by people other than Chicago Police Officers.
