Nice work by A4VC, this mutt deserves all that is coming and more.

Five previous felony convictions???

If someone's head ever deserved to be smashed in with a baseball bat, it's his.

Guys,

This suspect has not been tried and found guilty. Remember this is the United States of America. We are in Cook County where shit loads of defendants have been released after it was determined as a result of DNA testing that they were innocent. Lets hold on and wait until a verdict comes down before developing a mob mentality that would make us worse than the jury that convicted the cops in the Federal Rodney King trial. Remember we have sworn an oath to pursue justice in a fair and dispassionate manner.

You should all apologize to this poor kid!!!! Didn't you know he's innocent? His auntie even said so.

32 years ago I had a professor at DePaul who predicted that our society would deteriorate with the growth in the welfare state, the rising entitlement mentality of blacks (we was all slaves), and the political pandering to the "underprivileged" and would result in an underculture of savage children who would kill, maim and torture without any spark of conscience or moral guilt.

I believe we are finally moving into that stage. It is not as bad as it is going to get, believe it or not.

The other night at the citywide 10-1 in the Courts some people were shouting "Obama! Obama!" These savages hope that his election will give them the lawless state they want, complete with an absent police force and a mandate to rob, rape and pillage without fear of retribution. Like dogs can smell fear, these ghetto rats know, instinctively, what a Chicago Joe south side politician would do in the White House.

McCain was asked the other night, does evil exist, and what should we do about it? His answer, "Defeat it." The POS you have pictured here is the face of evil. He is living proof that Satan is alive and well and willing to destroy us all if we fail to stand up and fight back.

Forget about it. The professor was named Faulhaber and he was the head of the Economics Dept at the downtown campus. He's been dead for years, and when he died, DePaul lost the last of their sensible teachers. As a DePaul alum, I despise what it's become today and I never give them a dime.

Justice? Where? It no longer exists. There is a double standard - one for whites and one for so-called "minorities." I can't say certain words that other people can say because if I say them, it could be a hate crime.

So please don't talk about justice. I guess the next thing you'll be saying that the poor young man turned to a life of crime because of his environment, and because he was downtrodden, and blah blah blah.

Spare us your sanctimonious bullshit. Maybe you've locked up people who didn't deserve it, but I believe the evidence and the work of the detectives on this one.

***********************************
Dude don't be stupid!!!!!!!! Only sheet wearing cowards, ignorant ghetto dwellers, folks just off the boat from Bulgaria and dumb ass rappers use the N word. All I am saying hairless limp punk is that we should let the judicial process continue without muttering and screaming like idiots and section eight pimps after a traffic accident on Madison and Kedzie. As anybody above the age of puberty and reason knows, some police officers, as a matter of fact a lot, have been convicted of everything from narcotics distribution, to sexual assault and murder. This is a public site therefore a perspective juror called to hear this case might read some racist crap on this site and read about corrupt cops and then decide to engage in get back against racist cops i.e. jury nullification and cause the case to be retried or even worse this guy to go free. Nobody doubts the work of the A/4VC folks on this case. We just don't want another OJ verdict or Abu Jamal antics from a Cook County Jury Pool that will include jurors from every economic, social, and ethnic strata.

NOW GO CRAWL BACK INTO YOUR NICE COOL SPOT IN SOME CUSHY UNIT OR WORSE IN THE 16 TH DISTRICT. LET ME GUESS I BET YOU WORK IN SOME ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT,LABOR AFFAIRS OR PERHAPS LEGAL AFFAIRS OR MAYBE YOU ARE ON A FED TASK FORCE LIKE DEA OR THE ATF. BUTTERCUP MY LIL BUNBOY I WORK THE WATCH IN FILLMO.

Punk break yourself right now and bring me your earnings and buy me that Rolex I have always wanted!

Renaissance Copper in FILMO! Long Live the thin blue line!

Hey Fillmo Trooper. If he's as innocent as you say, then why was he out there bragging about killing Detective Soto?

OMG, a word so horrible and vile that it may never be said or thought, lest you be struck down by the god of political correctness.
What have we come to? I fear for the future of our once great nation.

Yes it's a hate crime if you're a copper and white. Although, didn't jesse use it recently when talking about obama? Funny how quikly all that went away.

What do you have against people from Bulgaria?

Run a criminal history on Jason Austin. He should be serving a life sentence behind bars for the numerous felonies he has committed in the past. HE has been a stick-up guy in the past. Now it's time for the chair!
Love the usual newscast with his Grandma and Aunty. He would never do anything like this. His car was in the shop. Well video shows his car near the scene. "They got the wrong guy!" Sure, all his robbery, gun and dope arrests in the past were the "wrong guy" too right?
Bring on the trial and fry this thug!!

You are absolutely right.

So, lets wait until he is convicted. Then we can stone him, boil him in oil, roll him in bread crumbs and stake him out for the pigeons and the rats.

Don't forget his direct appeal, petitions for discretionary review and post conviction proceedings.

Why didn't you put up a picture of Sgt. Jeff Pelo of the Normal Police Department........who is white and who was convicted and sentenced to 400 years for raping and staking several women? Double standard? You guys are engaging in Obama/Kerry/Dukakis flip flop hypocracy.

Yeah, nice work A4 VC . . . isn't this the guy who just walked out of CCDOC after the charges were dropped?

ha ha ....six alibi witnesses, ha ha ha

Looks like proud Fillmo Trooper was right after all. Looks like we have to get back to work and do the investigation correctly. Maybe its time for A4VC to step aside and let the Federal Bureau of Investigation handle the case. Our CPD officers are starting to lose a lot of credibility with this years multiple arrests of coppers. It seems like this year a majority of the coppers that have been arrested were M/2s. When I see a M2 Police Officer coming my way I am afraid. Whats up with that?

You are right, we don't hang suspects. Just because he was released doesn't mean he is innocent.....the actions of his west side females speak volumes in my book.

Please keep in mind that this is an open blog
that can and is read by people other than Chicago Police Officers.
