Studying for part 2???? Sometimes I wonder why bother! Wasn't this thirty percent merit supposed to be for qualified personnel who don't test well? During a test, you have to think quickly, be able to write, work under pressure, be able to retain and apply procedures, and clearly specify what needs to get done.
Which of these qualities don't you want in a lieutenant?
What makes you think they can be effective on the street if they can't do it in a classroom?
