CLOUT!
We found an article the other day in the Chicago Tribune about Illinois State House Rep. Edward Acevedo. It appears State Rep Acevedo wears many hats; he is a member of the Illinois Legislature(asst majority leader) ,a leader of the Hispanic Democratic Organization and a Chicago Police Officer. This story reeks of stupidity and the politically connected. Officer Acevedo may have some problems with the medical section but his brother is the real star in this story.

Screw these Democrats, they are always screwing things up!
As a whole you're right..they're out for themselves..However..Acevedo, DeLeo and a few others are responsible for a whole lot of legislation that benefited police and fire pensions and procedures.
He and they are with us.

The FOP endorsed Acevedo even though he's a self serving little punk. Anyone know about his sustained CR for battery to the police in 001?
why all the negativity against people of color that exceed all whitemen's expectations. I'm sure that most people against others gaining power is that their own well of power is drying up and fast. For so many years, the whitemen have maintained power not because their so much better than everyone else, its because they just handed over the riegn to their son's and nephew's. Well now it's our turn.
