Respected group to run search

BY FRAN SPIELMAN AND FRANK MAIN
The Washington think-tank that recruited former New York Police Commissioner William Bratton to run the Los Angeles Police Department will conduct a second nationwide search for Chicago's top cop.
The Police Executive Research Forum replaces David Gomez & Associates, the Chicago firm awarded a $100,000 contract to conduct the Round One search that ended in a do-over. Their field included only 13 outsiders among 40 applicants.

If nominated, I won't run!

If appointed, I won't serve!

But if I must be the next Police Superintendent, I will require a 10 year contract, $500,000 per year, a downtown condo - paid up for 10 years, an armored Hummer, a Big GOLD STAR, and a cache of weapons at my disposal.

Signed,
Bill Clinton

This is the same "respected group" where McDonald and Huberman used to work and where McDonald and Ramsey were on the board of directors.

I have one question. Is this the organization that Huberman worked for while on a leave of absence?

Please keep in mind that this is an open blog
that can and is read by people other than Chicago Police Officers.
