I can't tell you where the results are and I can only guess that it won't matter. This debacle was either an elaborate scheme to undermine the testing process or ineptitude on a massive level. Take your pick. In the end I think this will be settled in the courts.
If you want to express your outrage then go to the next PB&PA meeting,
