This was a true heater case. The media was all over it and so were we. At the reporting of the story the dogs weren't allowed out of the vehicle because an ET was processing it. Are they kidding? In the background I saw an animal control van. First one I've seen in a long time. Try requesting animal control with a vicious dog on the loose. Good Luck!
Mr. Varela was whimpering how terrible he felt for these dog owners. Mr. Varela was grief stricken because he has two little girls and he knows how horrible it would be if someone took them away in a car. Is this guy serious? It's a dog you moron!
