I saw all those marked/unmarked cars tonight. No thanks to the dumb civilian assholes who refuse to move when the officer's have the lights and sirens going. Someone would not get out of the way of some unmarked cars, and they had sirens/lights going...
Isn't there laws here that you have to move for emergency vehicles? I have seen this happen quite often, and it delays backup, especially if there's a 10-1.
