Enough said:
As soon as a copy of the current contract becomes available it will be posted. The contract was previously approved by the Chicago City Council and is in effect. There have been various corrections and adjustments since the approval of the contract that had to be made before it could be printed and posted. We are currently awaiting the corrected version from the City. I cannot and will not sign off on the contract until these adjustments are made.

I was just at the union meeting, and he explained his position. The city wants him to sign off on the contract, saying that any mistakes or "typos" can be corrected later. For some inexplicable reason, John doesn't trust the city! Don't sign, John. Not until every word is right.
We are the City and we are your friends......
Yeah Right............
Heeeeere's your sign.......
I was also at last nights meeting. John is very articulate and appears to be right on top of things and knows how the City throws a lot of shit in the game. It looks like he needs help though. He gave the membership and treasurer reports and I think he read the last meeting's minutes. Where are the other Officer's? They couldn't all be working.
Ret'd almost 10......
We can't blame John, but hopefully the contract is signed off on before it expires this JUNE!
We miss you in Area 4, Pooky.
